How does it work?
SkinPen organically stimulates the skin’s natural ability to repair itself. As we age the natural architecture of our skin deteriorates. This deterioration leads to fine lines, wrinkles, large pores, and uneven skin texture. SkinPen comfortably creates thousands of controlled micro-injuries in the skin to trigger the body’s natural wound healing process. This process results in skin remodelling, including the formation of collagen and elastin, the two proteins predominantly responsible for the structure of the skin. Who can have treatment?
SkinPen treatments are safe and effective for every skin type. The number of treatments depends on the skin condition, but typically a minimum of 3 treatments is advised with 4-6-week intervals with maintenance treatments every 4-6 months.
It is a minimally invasive treatment with very little downtime. A post procedure protocol is also given to ensure optimal results.
